Anslow leads NSW Super TT points after Round 1

February 6th, 2012

Both Jake Shelley and Bob Brewer slipped back in the pack due to DNF's

Round 1 of the 2012 NSW Super TT series went to Steve Anslow.  The field was split into two division due to the large entry numbers but the hot weather caused a number of DNF’s through the round.  Bob Brewer sits in eight despite to second places finish out of the three races.

Darren Pearce in his first event with the MRA sits in second place with a number of podium finish over the three races in his EVO 9.

Garth Walden was impressive in his Commodore showing consistency is very much apart of racing with a number of top 5 finishes putting him in third in the overall Super TT series.

Another first timer racer was Aden Hadley from Bathurst piloting his Datsun 1600 to a good points haul that places him in 6th in the series.

The Next round of the NSW series is at the Wakefield 300 on March 3/4.   The MRA series has a separate point score for the four MRA rounds with the next round being on Sunday May 6th.
