How to Return an Item

If you need to return an item, for either a refund or an exchange, please contact Wakefield Park via candice@wakefieldpark.com.au to receive further instructions. You may also wish to contact us via phone on 02 4822 2811.

If we have correctly filled your order, yet you wish to return it, we will accept the return and refund the cost of the merchandise only.

We will not refund the initial shipping costs or the return shipping costs.

In order to accept a return, the item must be in its original unused condition.

You must return the item, at your cost, within 30 days of your purchase.

How to Exchange an Item

If you have incorrectly placed an order and wish to exchange it, please contact Wakefield Park via candice@wakefieldpark.com.au to receive further instructions. You may also wish to contact us via phone on 02 4822 2811.

We will not refund the initial shipping costs or the return shipping costs for the order to be exchanged and resent.

For all exchanges, if applicable, you will be charged the difference in price between the original item and the exchanged item and you will also be charged for the shipping costs.

Return& Exchange Exceptions

Merchandise that has been used or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
